Recovering

The weekend was filled with lessons, Windsor. Among them:

--I am too old for the consumption of Double Mudds.

--Don't ever take for granted that you know how to play the oldest song in the set.

--Friends don't like being drunk dialed from nudie bars at three in the morning.

--There is nothing more heartbreaking than being unable to eat a Velvet breakfast.

--Arguing with your in-laws about politics is like trying to nail Jell-O to a tree.

--Saturdays at The Loop in '08: Kinda falling off.

Clearly, getting hotel rooms will ensure that the Ictusband does not behave itself. Still, it was delightful to bump into my former colleagues, ex-Arts Editor Melissa Ray and former Paper Cut turned glamorous Windsor Star freelancer Heather Burnett. And yet, no Rogers. What happened to you, man?

Anyway, while I was out being a rock star my colleagues at the home office threw together a new video for you, notable in itself for finally reuniting L-Boogie and BG the Princess of Rap. This week they give you a look at Windsor Welcome Week and update you on Lancer Football. And I get a plug for the second week in a row. It's hard being this loved, Windsor.
